Below is a letter of recommendation from our first client, this letter was sent to a company that is now a Level Nine client.   

Level Nine Technology has been extremely proactive when it comes to Salmon Holdings Information Systems.  They started off working with us as a VERY small company, basically one or two computers and a network.  As soon as they where able to see the pace we were growing, which was extremely fast and unexpected, they began proposing other options for our company.

  We are now a consulting firm with about 10 on-site consultants which means we are NEVER all in one place at one time.  Level Nine is extremely flexible when it comes to meeting to fix certain “malfunctions” we may be having.  They are always available by phone or email.  If they are with another client, they get back to us as soon as possible.  If whatever is happening is an EMERGENCY, like our email not working, they respond immediately. 

The system, which we put complete trust and confidence in Level Nine when building, is very reliable and I must say, we can offer a lot to our clients for such a small business as far as document retention, document sharing, safe and secure websites for all involved, etc.  Level Nine has taken every step necessary to be sure our system is always functioning to the highest capacity. We do not know what our company would ever do if Level Nine was not working with us. 

A few things you should know once you start working with them on the level we have…. Because it is technology we are dealing with, there is always something to upgrade or change.  At times you may feel like you are constantly buying something for your system.  Just know, we have been working with Level Nine for about 3 years now and they have never led us in the wrong direction.  They are always very careful to be sure to save you the most money where possible when it comes to purchasing new software of hardware.  As far as a system such as ours, it can never just rest, it always needs someone watching over it.  We would never go back to having it the old way, struggling to get by without Level Nine. 

Level Nine is a great group and excellent to work with.  They are very patient at the most important times.  I strongly recommend you building a working relationship with them.
