Home Computer Repair Services
Level Nine Technology Consulting offers a wide array of Home Computer services.  Quick tune-ups to complete system rebuilds are just a couple of services provided.  Under "Consumer Services" Menu you can find our pricing for most but not all services provided.  We have three different pricing models.

Online:
We have invested in secure web based software that will allow us to fix most software issues remotely via the internet. We are offering this service free of charge, you will be able to tip your tech at the end of each support session. Services that are marked NA are not available online.

On-Site:
We realize some individuals would rather for us to come to them to provide our services. No Problem! For this we charge a hourly rate of $65 per hour. Travel charges are only incurred if you your location is farther than 15 miles of the Albany, NY metro area.

Drop-Off:
We have teamed with the GoWireless Verizon Authorized Retailer in Stuyvesant Plaza. This collaboration provides Level Nine with a shop and a convient drop-off location. Bring your computer to the GoWireless in Stuyvesant Plaza, and the Drop-Off rates apply.
